摘  要:基于SEASM水动力分析软件和有限元建模技术,针对不同典型设计工况和不同模块的装载工况,提出一种新型自升式平台多功能上层建筑与主体基座对接标准化接口,重点解决不同模块与平台基座对接时精度差、效率低、强度不足和接口不吻合等问题,对所涉及的接口受力情况进行评估和强度分析,根据不同功能模块的计算结果对接口局部进行加强,设计出满足功能和强度要求的标准化接口。结果表明,风电安装功能模块接口的应力最大,采用对局部进行肘板加厚处理,使风电安装平台模块满足设计要求,其他功能平台均满足要求。Based on the SEASM hydrodynamic analysis software and finite element modeling technology and according to different typical design conditions and design loading conditions of different modules,a new standard interface between the multi-functional superstructure and the base of jack-up platform is proposed.The design and use of the interface focus on solving the problems such as poor accuracy,low efficiency,insufficient strength and interface mismatch when different modules are connected with the platform base.The stress condition of the interface involved is evaluated and strength analysis is carried out.According to the calculation results of different functional modules,the local interface is strengthened,and the standard interface meeting the requirements of function and strength is designed.The results show that the stress of the function module of wind power installation is the largest,and the elbow plate is thickened locally to make the wind power installation module meet the design requirements and other functional platforms meet the requirements.
