高炉炼铁工序设计环节低碳环保理念研究

摘  要:项目选址、可研、方案、初步设计、详细设计、施工、生产等各个环节都要贯彻低碳环保理念。而设计环节是整个工程工序的引领环节,只有把设计环节的低碳环保措施考虑设计到位,后续工序才有进一步施展的余地。从高炉炼铁各个工序的环保特点出发,从设计角度有针对性地采取相应措施,使高炉炼铁朝更高的低碳环保指标前行。TFrom the aspects of project site selection,feasibility study,scheme,preliminary design,detailed design,construction,production and so on,we should implement the concept of low-carbon environmental protection from beginning to end.The design link is the leading link of the whole engineering process.Only when the low-carbon environmental protection measures in the design link are considered and designed in place,can the subsequent processes have room for further implementation.Starting from the environmental protection characteristics of each process of blast furnace iron making,this paper takes corresponding measures from the design point of view to make blast furnace iron making move forward towards a higher low-carbon environmental protection index.
