摘　　要：结合热装技术在河钢集团各热轧产线的应用情况,客观和全面的阐述了该技术的核心架构及该技术应用的重要意义。在现代化装备、技术的基础上,通过对炼钢→轧钢计划的流程管理,轧制单位和各种信息的模式化管理,实现销售→冶炼→轧制→交货的一体化管理,是热连轧产线节能降耗的重要措施,不仅简化流程、减少投资、缩短生产周期,还能显著提高成材率和提升产品质量,具有很强的推广意义。Combined with the application of hot charging technology in each hot rolling production line of HBIS Group,the core structure of the technology and the significance of its application are objectively and comprehensively described.On the basis of modern equipment and technology,through the process management of steelmaking ang rolling program of production,the mode management of rolling units and various information,the integrated management of sales smelting rolling delivery is an important measure for energy saving and consumption reduction of hot rolling production line.It not only simplifies the process,reduces investment and shortens the production cycle,but also significantly improves the yield and product quality,which is of great significance for promotion.
