摘 要:在金属结构材料塑性成形过程中,织构和显微组织造成宏观各向异性和拉-压非对称性,进而影响材料后续的变形加工能力。由于传统屈服面形状恒定,von Mises等各向同性屈服函数和硬化模型无法准确表征各向异性行为。为此引入畸变硬化机制,使得应力空间中屈服面的形状随塑性变形而变化,从而揭示织构材料的各向异性行为。然而,由于模型本身缺陷以及证明的繁琐,这类本构模型往往忽略热力学自洽性。以屈服函数和硬化模型为研究对象,综述了不同晶体结构金属材料的各向异性屈服函数及相关应用,在硬化模型部分重点介绍了符合热力学自洽性的畸变硬化本构模型。最后,指出了各向异性本构模型未来的发展方向。During the plastic forming of metal structural materials,the macroscopic anisotropy and tensile-compression asymmetry,which consequently affect the subsequent deformation processing capability of the material.Due to the constant shape of traditional yield surface,the anisotropic behavior such as von Mises etc cannot be characterized by isotropic yield functions and hardening models accurately.The distortional hardening mechanism is introduced to make the shape of the yield surface in the stress space changes with plastic deformation.Thus,the anisotropic behavior of materials with textures is revealed.However,due to the defects of the model itself and the tediousness of the proof,the thermodynamic self-consistency of such constitutive models is often ignored.Based on the yield functions and hardening models as the research object,the anisotropic yield functions of metallic materials with different crystal structures and related applications were reviewed.In the section of hardening models,the constitutive model of distortional hardening consistent with thermodynamic self-consistency was highlighted.Finally,the future development direction of anisotropic constitutive model was pointed out.
