环波反复模压剧烈塑性变形工艺仿真实验及优化

摘  要:提出了环波反复模压工艺,利用两套环波模具和一套压平模具实现了5083铝合金板材剧烈塑性变形。采用Abaqus-Isight联合仿真对环波反复模压剧烈塑性变形工艺进行了仿真实验,确定了环波模压变形后板材的峰值应变受波高影响的主次关系。通过Isight软件对环波反复模压工艺进行了参数优化,确定了波高最优解的解空间,得出最终优化后的模具尺寸。两套环波模具在环波反复模压变形后发生应变集中的区域均在优化后被消除,优化设计后的应变均值基本不变,标准差减小,整体的等效塑性应变值离散程度更低,并且更加集中于平均值。与原始工艺参数下的变形结果相比,经过优化后的板材剧烈塑性变形结果明显提升。A ring-wave constrained groove pressing process was proposed,and the severe plastic deformation of 5083 aluminum alloy sheet was realized by two sets of ring-wave dies and a set of flattening die.The simulation experiments of severe plastic deformation process of ring-wave constrained groove was carried out by Abaqus-Isight co-simulation,and the primary and secondary relationship between the peak strain of sheets after ring-wave constrained groove pressing deformation affected by wave height was determined.The parameters of ring-wave constrained groove pressing process were optimized through the Isight software,the solution space of the optimal solution of wave height was determined,and the die size after final optimization was obtained.The positions of strain concentration areas after ring-wave constrained groove pressing of the two sets of ring-wave dies were eliminated after optimization.The mean value of strain was basically unchanged after the optimization design,the standard deviation was reduced.The overall equivalent plastic strain value was less discrete and more concentrated on the mean value.Compared with the deformation results with the original process parameters,the optimized severe plastic deformation results are significantly improved.
