摘  要:针对TA30钛合金,通过室温拉伸实验和数字图像相关技术,对其双态组织的室温力学行为、全场应变分布进行了研究。通过电子背散射衍射对变形过程前后的微观组织进行了表征,研究了变形过程中的晶体取向变化和微区应变分配。最后,采用晶内取向差轴技术分析了等轴组织和片层组织的变形机制。结果表明,含有双态组织的TA30钛合金室温下的断裂强度为1180 MPa左右,伸长率超过17%,力学性能稳定。由于元素分配效应,在变形过程中片层组织比等轴组织承担了更大的变形,对塑性变形起到了协调作用。等轴组织中最容易启动柱面滑移,而片层组织开启的滑移系更加复杂,通常是多个滑移系共同作用;此外,在组织中还观察到了{101-2}拉伸孪晶。Aiming at TA30 titanium alloy,the mechanical behavior at room temperature and full-field strain distribution were studied by tensile experiments at room temperature and digital image correlation technique.The microstructure before and after deformation was characterized by electron backscattering diffraction and the crystal orientation change and strain distribution in microzone during deformation was studied.Finally,the deformation mechanism of equiaxed and lamellar structures was analyzed using in-grain misorientation axis technique.The results show that the fracture strength of TA30 titanium alloy with bi-modal structure is about 1180 MPa at room temperature,the elongation is over 17%,and the mechanical properties are stable.Due to the effect of element distribution,the lamellar structure bears more deformation than the equiaxed structure during deformation,which plays a coordinating role in the plastic deformation.Prismatic slip is most easily activated in equiaxed structure,while the slip systems activated in lamellar structure are more complex,which usually involves multiple slip systems.In addition,{101-2}extension twins are observed in the structure.
