摘 要:针对P91耐热钢高温蠕变失效问题,建立了蠕变细观应力演变多晶体模型,结合Abaqus有限元软件,成功地模拟了材料在600℃、110 MPa、2000 h持续加载条件下,其晶粒尺度的蠕变应力演变过程。模拟结果表明,材料在晶界处产生Mises应力集中,应力集中的强度随着蠕变时间的持续增加而降低,且发生位置改变。Mises应力集中强度以及所在位置的变化是由晶粒转动和{123}<111>滑移系开动等因素决定的。晶粒平均直径对晶界Mises应力集中强度不起决定性影响。晶粒平均直径越大,晶界数量越少,应力集中发生位置越少,有利于改善材料高温蠕变强度。Aiming at the problem of the creep failure of P91 heat resistance steel at high temperature,a creep mesoscale stress evolution polycrystalline model was established.Combined with Abaqus software,the grain-scale stress evolution process of the material under the continuous loading conditions of 600℃,110 MPa,2000 h was successfully simulated.The simulation results show that the Mises stress concentration of the material occurs at the grain boundaries,and the strength of the stress concentration decreases with the continuous increase of creep time,and the position changes.The change of Mises stress concentration intensity and position is caused by grain rotation and the activation of{123}<111>slip system.The average grain diameter has no decisive influence on the Mises stress concentration intensity at grain boundaries.The larger the average diameter of the grains is,the smaller the number of grain boundaries is,the less the stress concentration occurs,which is beneficial to improve the creep strength of the materials at high temperature.
