摘  要:对12年生八棱海棠实生树的表型性状、童期、病毒携带进行调查,结果表明:(1)干周、百叶重、干性、抗病性等性状变异系数均在25%以上,为中度变异状态;单果重、树势和果实多少等性状变异系数均在40%以上,为变异显著状态,各性状均存在普遍多样性。(2)历年实生树及同批种子砧木果园,童期至少5 a。(3)携带苹果花叶病毒病和锈果病毒病率分别为17%、12.5%,产地采种母树病毒病感染接近饱和。综上所述,八棱海棠种子已不再适合作为苹果育苗的乔化砧木。The phenotypic traits,juvenile period and virus carriage in 12-year-old M.micromalus seedlings were studied in this paper.The results showed that(1)coefficient of variation of characteristics of trunk girth,hundred leaves weight,root thickness and resistance to diseases were more than 25%,with moderate variation;coefficient of variation of fruit size,tree vigor and fruit numbers were more than 40%,with significant variation.(2)Over the years,in M.micromalus seedling tree and the seed stock orchard of the same batch,its juvenile period was at least 5 years.(3)The rates infected with apple mosaic virus and apple scar skin viroid were were 17%,12.5%,respectively.Maternal tree virus disease infection reached its peak.In conclusion,M.micromalus seeds are no longer suitable as a standard rootstock for apple graftings.
