两广二号蚕品种秋季人工饲料饲养试验

摘　　要：两广二号蚕品种的1~2龄蚕用人工饲料饲养与桑叶饲养对比表明:全蚕期经过人工饲料饲养比桑叶饲养平均延长了13 h;良蛹率、全茧量、茧层率和400头蚕的产茧量等指标人工饲料饲养的蚕比桑叶饲养的蚕分别平均低3.82%、1.46 g、1.08%和19.74 g;茧丝长、解舒率、解舒丝长差异不明显;茧丝纤度、缫折、万米吊糙、清洁、洁净等接近。认为两广二号品种适宜人工饲料饲养。After the comparison between feeding of the 1 st to 2 nd instars of Liangguang no.2 silkworm with artificial diet and mulberry leaves.The results showed that at whole silkworm stage of artificial feeding,the silkworm was 13 h longer than that of mulberry leaf feeding.In percentage of fine pupae,total cocoon quantity,cocoon layer ratio and cocoon yield of 400 silkworms,silkworms fed with artificial diet were 3.82%,1.46 g,1.08% and 19.74 g lower than those fed with mulberry leaves,respectively.There were no obvious differences in cocoon filament length,release rate and release filament length.The indexes such as cocoon silk size,reel folding were similar.The Liangguang No.2 variety is suitable for artificial feeding.
