摘 要:为减小复合材料零件铣切加工配套工装设计周期对新机型研发周期的影响,文中以典型复合材料零件铣切工装为研究对象,基于知识工程、CATIA软件二次开发技术,结合工装技术要求,通过构建参数化设计模板,将设计规范、设计流程与工程经验知识化,提出了一种复合材料工装智能化快速设计系统。结果表明:该系统有效地提高了工装设计知识重用率,缩短了工装设计时间,完善了工装设计所需的标准件库;同时减少设计缺陷,保证了工装的可靠性,实现了复合材料铣切工装的智能化、快速化设计。In order to reduce the impact of the design cycle of the matching tooling for composite parts milling on the development cycle of the new model, this paper takes the typical composite parts milling tooling as the research object, based on the knowledge engineering, CATIA software secondary development technology, combined with the technical requirements of the tooling, by constructing a parametric design template, the design specification, design process and engineering experience are knowledge-based, and puts forward an intelligent rapid design system for composite materials tooling.The results show that the system effectively improves the reuse rate of tooling design knowledge, shortens the tooling design time, and improves the standard parts library required for tooling design;At the same time, the design defects are reduced, the reliability of the tooling is ensured, and the intelligent and rapid design of the composite material milling tooling is realized.
