摘  要:针对风力发电机组温升过速容易引发故障的问题,文中融合变化斜率超限算法和预警算法对风电机组进行温升分析,依托某发电集团已建设的集控系统研制温升预警功能模块,提出基于斜率算法和预警算法融合模型的风力发电机组温升保护策略。研究结果表明:当发电机轴承温度连续多次超过告警阈值或停机阈值时,所提策略能够及时准确对风电机组的温升异常进行告警或停机。实现温升过速提前预警、自动停机,解决温升过速引发的各种故障,保障风电机组的安全稳定运行。Excessive rise in the temperature of wind turbines will often cause breakdowns.In the paper the change slope over-limit algorithm and the early warning algorithm are integrated to analyze the temperature rise of wind turbines.An early warning module for temperature rise is developed based on a centralized control system built by a power group, and the protection strategy for wind turbines is proposed based on a combined model of the slope algorithm and the early warning algorithm.The results show that when the temperature of the generator bearing successively exceeds the alarm threshold or shutdown threshold many times, the proposed strategy can predict accurately the abnormal rise and then halt the wind turbine.By this method an early warning of excessive temperature rise and automatic shutdown can be realized, preventing various problems caused by excessive temperature rise and ensuring the safe and stable operation of wind turbines.
