摘　　要：文章以非遗传统手工技艺创新性发展为切入点,展开对黔北非遗特色村镇的建设研究。对开发非遗传统手工技艺价值,增强黔北村镇的竞争力进行了梳理,剖析了建设非遗特色村镇对促进黔北非遗传统手工技艺创新性发展的意义,并从黔北非遗传统手工技艺创新性发展对拓展非遗特色村镇的文化空间及促进非遗特色村镇文化经济振兴的作用展开了策略性研究。Based on the innovative development of traditional handicrafts of intangible cultural heritage,this paper studies the construction of characteristic villages and towns of intangible cultural heritage in northern Guizhou.This paper sorts out the value of developing intangible cultural heritage traditional handicrafts and enhancing the competitiveness of villages and towns in northern Guizhou,analyzes the significance of building intangible cultural heritage characteristic villages and towns to promote the innovative development of intangible cultural heritage traditional handicrafts in northern Guizhou,and carries out strategic research on expanding the cultural space of intangible cultural heritage characteristic villages and towns and promoting the cultural and economic revitalization of intangible cultural heritage characteristic villages and towns from the innovative development of intangible cultural heritage traditional handicrafts in northern Guizhou Research.
