摘　　要：人际交往能力是大学生综合能力的重要组成部分,与个人成长和高等教育发展密切相关。由于家庭关系,个人特征和其他原因,一些大学目前面临着不同程度的人际沟通问题。为此,家庭,学校和社会必须采取多种方式共同努力,以培养和提高大学生的道德和人际交往能力。在此基础上,大学生必须不断提高自我修养和精神面貌,以形成准确的自我意识,解决人际问题。People Skills is an important component of college students'comprehensive ability,which is closely related to their personal growth and the development of higher education.Due to family relationships,personal characteristics and other reasons,some universities are currently facing different levels of interpersonal communication problems.To this end,families,schools and society must work together in a variety of ways to cultivate and enhance the moral and People skills of college students.On this basis,college students must constantly improve their self-cultivation and mental outlook in order to form accurate self-consciousness and solve interpersonal problems.
