摘　　要：针对高等教育从精英教育向大众化教育发展过程中出现的教风问题,该文以持续开展多年的教风建设与常态化管理研究为基础,从建设的理念、机制体制、过程管理、师德师风等方面,探讨了教风建设的新路径,对高校具有一定的理论指导意义和实践价值。Aiming at the problem of teaching style in the development of higher education from elite education to mass education,this article takes years of continuous research on the construction of teaching style and normalized management as an basement and discusses a new path for the construction of teaching style in terms of construction concept,system and mechanism,process management,teaching morality and other aspects,which will have certain theoretical guiding significance and practical value for universities.
