摘　　要：剪纸作为古老的传统民间艺术,是文化产业发展的重要动力资源。该文研究梳理了剪纸技艺创新传承及创业的基本现状,分析了剪纸技艺在创新传承及创业发展中存在的3个方面的问题,针对基本现状和问题,研究提出创新传承剪纸技艺及创业发展的3个对策,即融合新时代理念和新思维提升剪纸技艺的文化地位和社会认同感;借助科技手段提升剪纸技艺传承品质;打造剪纸IP效应推动剪纸技艺传承与产业发展深度融合。As an ancient traditional folk art,paper cutting is an important power resource for the development of cultural industry.This paper studies the basic status quo of innovative inheritance and Entrepreneurship of paper-cut technology,analyzes the three aspects of problems existing in the innovative inheritance and entrepreneurship development of paper-cut technology,and puts forward three countermeasures for innovative inheritance and entrepreneurship development of paper-cut technology,that is,to integrate new era ideas and new thinking to enhance the cultural status and social identity of paper-cut technology;in virtue of scientific and technological means to improve the quality of paper-cut technology inheritance;create paper-cut IP effect to promote the deep integration of paper-cut technology inheritance and industrial development.
