试论高等教育心理学对高校教师素质的影响

摘　　要：高等教育是我国教育体系的重要组成之一,高等教育的教学质量可以直接对我国社会发展速度造成影响,因此我国教育部门一定要提高对高校教育的重视程度。而高校教师素质可以直接决定高校教学质量,决定高校的社会竞争力,基于此,教育部门应重视高校教师素质。高等教育心理学是高校教师的必修课之一,可以帮助他们掌握心理学知识,提高教学质量,推动素质教育发展。该文对高校教师素质与高等教育心理学之间的关系进行了详细讨论,以期提高高校教师素质。Higher education is one of the important components of China's education system.The teaching quality of higher education can directly affect the speed of social development in China.Therefore,the Education Department of our country must pay more attention to the higher education.The quality of university teachers can directly determine the teaching quality and social competitiveness of colleges and universities.Based on this,the education department should pay attention to the quality of university teachers.Higher education psychology is one of the compulsory courses for college teachers,which can help them master psychological knowledge,improve teaching quality and promote the development of quality education.This paper discusses the relationship between the quality of university teachers and the psychology of higher education in order to improve the quality of college teachers.
