摘 要:随着来华学生数量的快速增长,其跨文化心理适应问题成为各高校不可回避的重要问题。该文对东盟四国学生的跨文化心理适应情况进行开放性问卷调查,结果显示:各国学生在语言障碍、学业压力、物质压力和社会生活压力等方面存在一定的适应困难,其中汉语学习和医学专业学习是造成心理适应压力的最主要因素。该文最后提出教育管理部门要从汉语、医学汉语教学改革、精准帮扶及重视心理辅导4个方面加强对国际学生的心理危机干预,帮助其克服跨文化适应困难。With the rapid growth of the number of students coming to China,their cross-cultural psychological adaptation has become an important issue that universities cannot avoid.In this paper,the four students cross-cultural psychology to adapt to the situation of the association of southeast Asian nations open questionnaire investigation,and the results showed:the students in the language barrier,academic pressure,material and social life pressure and so on has certain adjustment problems,the Chinese learning and medical professional learning is the most main factors that cause psychological adapt to stress.Finally,the paper proposes that education authorities should strengthen psychological crisis intervention for international students from four aspects:Chinese,medical Chinese teaching reform,precise assistance and attention to psychological counseling,so as to help them overcome the difficulties of cross-cultural adaptation.
