摘　　要：分析了交通特色高职院校校园文化建设融入工匠精神的必要性,结合工匠精神的内涵和校园文化特点,探索校园文化建设融入工匠精神的方法。只有通过工匠精神融入专业课程、营造工匠精神校园氛围、融合工匠精神教学实践活动等方法才能全方位地在校园文化融入工匠精神,形成符合交通运输行业的职业特点,体现爱岗敬业、精益求精的职业精神的校园文化。最终达到"立德树人"任务,弘扬交通文化,传承工匠精神的目标。By analyzing the necessity of integrating craftsmanship into the campus culture of higher education institutions with transportation characteristics, and combining the connotation of craftsmanship and the characteristics of campus culture, we explore the methods of integrating craftsmanship into campus culture. Only through the integration of craftsmanship into professional courses, the creation of a campus atmosphere of craftsmanship and the integration of teaching and practical activities of craftsmanship can the campus culture be integrated with craftsmanship in an all-round way, forming a campus culture that meets the professional characteristics of the transport industry and reflects the professional spirit of love for work and excellence. The ultimate goal is to "establish moral education", promote transport culture and inherit the spirit of craftsmanship.
