摘　　要：徐州文艺不仅具有深厚的历史积淀,还在"十三五"期间取得了丰硕的成果,具备繁荣发展的良好基础。但徐州文艺也存在财政投入较少、政策与激励措施匮乏、氛围不浓、活动较少且不接地气、人才后劲不足、门类之间发展不平衡、研究严重滞后七大问题。这些问题使得徐州文学难以产生"高峰"之作。要想真正繁荣徐州文艺,徐州市应加大文艺资金投入、加快构建文艺政策体系、积极营造浓厚的文艺氛围、开展有效的文艺活动、加强文艺人才队伍建设、打造亮点并培育新的增长点、切实推动徐州文艺研究。Xuzhou literature and art not only has a profound historical accumulation, but also has achieved fruitful results during the 13 th Five Year Plan period, with a good foundation for prosperity and development. But there are also seven problems in Xuzhou literature and art, such as less financial investment, lack of policies and incentives, lack of atmosphere, less activities, lack of talents, unbalanced development among categories, and serious lag in research.These problems make it difficult for Xuzhou literature to produce "peak" works. In order to really prosper Xuzhou’s literature and art, Xuzhou should increase the investment in literature and art, speed up the construction of literature and art policy system, actively create a strong literary and art atmosphere, carry out effective literary and art activities,strengthen the construction of literary and art talent team, create highlights and cultivate new growth points, and effectively promote Xuzhou’s literature and art research.
