摘　　要：随着时代的发展,越来越多的图书馆在开展管理的过程中,不断丰富管理的策略及管理内容,不断研发并利用各种创造性的管理手段,为图书馆管理资源利用率的全面提升提供有力的保障。相关调查研究显示,图书馆知识管理理念在图书馆管理过程中,扮演了非常重要的角色,具有十分重要的价值。知识管理理念的运用可以促进图书馆管理模式的创新,彻底打破传统、单一、机械的管理障碍。该文围绕知识管理理念在图书馆管理中有效运用展开了讨论。With the development of the times,more and more libraries in the process of carrying out management,constantly enrich the management strategy and management content,and constantly research and development and use of a variety of creative management means,for the library management resource utilization to provide a strong guarantee.The related investigation shows that the library knowledge management concept plays a very important role and has very important value in the process of library management.The application of knowledge management concept can promote the innovation of library management mode and completely break the traditional,single and mechanical management barriers.This paper discusses the effective application of knowledge management concept in library management.
