摘　　要：在文化协同的科学视域下,为更好地培育社会需求的高质量人才,切实提升以及整体优化高职学生的综合素养,高职院校应行之有效的推动高职学生的全面发展,进一步提升高职学生职业发展能力,不断优化高职学生的职业素养,切实提升他们的体育文化认知能力。实践证明将高职校园文化与企业体育文化等进行高效对接。对高职校园文化与企业体育文化发展具有至关重要的价值和作用,能够更好地提升高职学生的综合职业素养以及全面发展能力。Under the scientific perspective of cultural collaboration,In order to better cultivate the high-quality talents required by the society,and effectively improve and optimize the comprehensive literacy of vocational students as a whole,vocational colleges should effectively promote the all-round development of vocational students,further enhance the vocational development ability of vocational students,constantly optimize the vocational quality of vocational students,and effectively improve their sports cultural cognition ability.It plays a vital role in the development of higher vocational campus culture and enterprise sports culture,and can better improve the comprehensive professional quality and comprehensive development ability of higher vocational students.
