医务人员风险感知对心理健康的影响:个体恐惧体验和自我效能感的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:调查医务人员风险感知能力及其心理健康现状,探究医务人员个体恐惧体验及自我效能感在医务人员风险感知与心理健康之间的中介作用,为提高医务人员心理健康水平提供参考。方法:使用新冠肺炎疫情风险感知量表(PRCPS)、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表简体中文版(DASS-21)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和新型冠状病毒恐惧量表对508名医务人员进行调查。结果:风险感知、抑郁-焦虑-压力及新型冠状病毒恐惧体验相互间均呈正相关(P<0.01),风险感知、抑郁-焦虑-压力与自我效能感间均呈负相关(P<0.01);自我效能感和个体的恐惧体验分别在风险感知与心理健康间起部分中介作用,中介效应分别占总效应的17.7%和34.9%。结论:医务人员的风险感知水平可以直接影响心理健康,同时也可以通过医务人员的恐惧体验和自我效能感产生间接影响。Objective:To investigate the risk perception ability of medical staff and their mental health status,and the mediating role of medical staff′s individual fear experience and self-efficacy between risk perception and mental health for evidence to improve the mental health of medical staff.Methods:A total of 508 medical staff were surveyed using Perceived Risk of COVID-19 Pandemic Scale(PRCPS),Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale(DASS-21),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Virus Fear Scale for COVID-19.Results:There was a positive correlation between risk perception,depression-anxiety-stress,and fear experience of the COVID-19(all P<0.01),ye negative correlation between risk perception,depression-anxiety-stress,and self-efficacy(all P<0.01).Both self efficacy and individual fear partially mediated the effect of risk perception on mental health,which respectively accounted for 17.7%and 34.9%of the total variance.Conclusion:The level of risk perception of medical staff can directly affect mental health,and be indirectly affected through partially mediating effect of medical staff′s fear experience and self-efficacy.
