健康从业人员中产ESBLs鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的研究

摘　　要：目的研究健康服务从业人员中鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的耐药情况。方法分离来自某区健康体检的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,通过商品化ESBLs培养基的筛选,用微量肉汤法、PCR和PFGE分型法分析菌株耐药情况。结果从60533名健康服务从业人员肛拭标本中分离得到的68株鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,其中6株检出ESBLs酶,检测出blaCTX-M-14和blaTEM-1,6株均为多重耐药菌,且分子分型不同于病例菌株。结论健康人群中检出含β-内酰胺酶基因的鼠伤寒沙门菌,且耐药性复杂,应加强对健康服务从业人员携带鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的监测,严控饮食卫生,开展预警,防止耐药鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染发生。Objective To study the drug resistance of salmonella typhimurium in health service employees.Methods salmonella typhimurium from health examination in a district was isolated.Through the screening of commercial ESBLs media,the drug resistance of the strain was analyzed by micro broth method,PCR and PFGE typing.Results 68 strains of salmonella typhimurium were isolated from 60533 health service employees.Among them,6 strains detected ESBL enzyme,blactx-m-14 and blatem-1.6 strains were multi drug resistant bacteria,and their molecular typing was different from that of the case strain.Conclusions Salmonella typhimurium contaning ESBLs gene was detected in healthy people,and drug resistance was complex.We should strengthen the monitoring salmonella typhimurium in health service employees,strictly control dietary hygiene and carry out early warning to prevent the infection of drug-resistant salmonella typhimurium.
