摘　　要：伴随信息技术发展我国已经步入数字化时代,IT技术对各领域的影响持续深入,“互联网+”亦为教育事业发展带来挑战与机遇。挑战在于,需教育机构积极运用IT技术,融入信息环境,提升教师信息素养,方可做好育人工作。机遇在于,运用先进技术手段为教育管理赋能,提高教育管理工作效率,解决教改难题,继而推动教育事业稳健发展。该文通过探析大数据背景下高校教育管理创新路径,以期提高高校数字化教育质量。With the development of information technology, China has entered the digital era. The impact of IT technology in various fields continues to deepen. "Internet +" also brings challenges and opportunities for the development of education. The challenge is that educational institutions need to actively use IT technology, integrate into the information environment, and improve teachers’ information literacy before they can do a good job in educating people.The opportunity lies in the use of advanced technology to empower education management, improve the efficiency of education management, solve the problems of education reform, and then promote the steady development of education.This paper analyzes the optimization path of university education management under the background of big data, in order to improve the quality of digital education in universities.
