摘  要:随着国际化和信息化的高度发展,我国对外交流日益频繁。外语已经成为必不可少的交际工具之一。同时,伴随国际软件外包的蓬勃发展,我国软件外包产业也快速成长,其中对日软件外包的市场规模已超过了中国软件外包整体收入的一半。大连作为对日外包服务的主要城市之一,学习日语的学生人数及日语相关工作从业人数均居全国领先地位。该文从已从事实际工作的对日软件外包服务人才的常见日语误用出发,总结“中国式日语”的常见问题及原因,从文化视角下探究如何有效地实施大学基础日语教学,提高学生的日语能力,从而提高对日软件外包从业人员的日语实际应用能力及跨文化交际能力。With the high development of internationalization and informatization,China's foreign exchanges are increasingly frequent.Foreign language has become one of the indispensable communication tools.At the same time,with the booming development of international software outsourcing,China's software outsourcing industry also grows rapidly,among which the market scale of software outsourcing from Japan has exceeded half of China's overall software outsourcing revenue.As one of the major cities for outsourcing services to Japan,Dalian leads the country in the number of students learning Japanese and the number of Japanese-related workers.Has been engaged in practical work of this paper,the common Japanese misuse of software outsourcing talents,summarizes common problems and the reasons of the"Chinese"in Japanese,from a cultural perspective to explore how to effectively implement basic Japanese teaching,improve students'Japanese ability,thus improve the practical application of software outsourcing to Japan from personnel of course of Japanese ability and the ability to cross-cultural communication.
