摘　　要：自“互联网+”概念后,“互联网+”政务、医疗、金融、交通、民生等模式得到应用与推广。其中,“互联网+教育”作为在教育领域引入高新科技、数字资源、信息系统的育人模式,其科学性在教学改革中被反复验证。我国重视发展互联网产业,积极推行“互联网+”计划,在社会建设各个领域推进与大数据、物联网、云计算等技术的结合,这表明“互联网+”上升为国家战略,是国家顶层设计的一部分。如何顺应时代潮流、响应国家号召、推行“互联网+”模式,成为高等教育管理改革需直面挑战之一。该文通过探析“互联网+”时代下的高等教育管理模式创新方略,以期助推高等教育教书育人综合管理体系良性发展。Since the concept of Internet plus,Internet plus government,medical,financial,transportation and livelihood models have been applied and promoted.Among them,"Internet plus education"as the educational mode of introducing high and new technology,digital resources and information system into the educational field,its scientific has been repeatedly verified in the teaching reform.China attaches great importance to the development of the Internet industry,and actively implements the"Internet plus"plan,and promotes the integration of technologies such as big data,Internet of things and cloud computing in various fields of social construction.This indicates that Internet plus has become a national strategy and a top-level design of the country.How to adapt to the trend of the times,respond to the call of the state and implement the Internet plus mode,is one of the challenges facing the reform of higher education management.This paper explores the innovation strategy of higher education management mode in the era of"Internet plus",with a view to promoting the sound development of the comprehensive management system of teaching and educating people in higher education.
