摘　　要：高校安全关系到千家万户,高校一旦遭遇危机,将对师生的生命安全和心理健康造成威胁,并进一步破坏千万家庭的稳定和谐,直至造成难以估计的不良社会影响,尤其是地处少数民族地区的高校,有大量当地少数民族生源,受传统民族文化影响,情感、行为有其独特性,对各少数民族学生的教育方式也需要特定的思维和技巧,在工作中必须树立底线思维,构建有效的危机防控体系。完善高校危机预警机制,增强危机应对能力,在危机爆发时尽可能地减少生命、财产损失,以及危机爆发后的善后工作和经验积累工作是高校学生工作必须重视的课题。The security of staffs and students in higher education links to hundreds and thousands of family.With threatening safety and psychological health,the encounter of crisis in colleges damages to the family harmony and had a negative impact to the society,especially the colleges that were located in the ethnic minority regions,where numbers of local ethnic minority students had their exclusive emotions and behaviors influenced by their classic ethnic culture compared to the other regions.Therefore,we must have certain mindsets and skills in the works of college students to meet the management requirement by thinking Worst-Case Scenarios and establishing an effective system to control and prevent crisis outbreak.It is a vital importance in the work of college students in improving the crisis warning mechanism,and enhancing crisis response capacity to the reduction of the loss of lives and properties in the outbreak of crisis,and rehabilitation and experience accumulation in the post crisis outbreak.
