摘　　要：在我国社会不断发展下,整体大环境对大学生心理带去了不同程度的影响,尤其是新媒体发展如火如荼背景下,在给大学生心理健康教育带去机遇的同时,也面临着一定的挑战。为此,该文基于新媒体时代下,研究大学生心理资本现状与提升对策,可以更好的帮助当代大学生利用新媒体提升自身心理健康,形成积极客观向上的生活态度,有利于促进高校心理教育发展。With the continuous development of China's society,the overall environment has brought varying degrees of impact on College Students'psychology,especially in the context of the vigorous development of new media,which brings opportunities to college students'mental health education,but also faces certain challenges.Therefore,based on the new media era,this paper studies the status quo of College Students'psychological capital and the improvement countermeasures,which can better help contemporary college students to improve their mental health by using new media,and form a positive and objective attitude towards life,which is conducive to promoting the development of psychological education in colleges and universities.
