摘　　要：在全国高校加强中华传统文化教育大背景下,一些高校注重从地方优秀文化中汲取养分,积极探索将地方优秀文化融入学生思想政治教育的新路径。目前,将地方优秀文化融入高校思想政治教育仍面临对该地优秀文化认识不足、学生缺乏学习热情、对地方文化应用不善、专业人才缺乏等困难。地方优秀文化融入高校思想政治教育可以从加强师资队伍建设;更新理念,深入挖掘地方文化资源;合理设计课程体系,充分发挥教学阵地作用;丰富地方文化教育实践载体等方面寻求出路。Under the background of strengthening the education of Chinese traditional culture in colleges and universities,some universities pay attention to draw nutrients from local excellent culture and actively explore new ways to integrate local excellent culture into students'ideological and Political Education.At present,the integration of local excellent culture into ideological and political education in colleges and universities is still faced with such difficulties as lack of understanding of local excellent culture,lack of enthusiasm of students,poor application of local culture,lack of professional talents,etc.The integration of local excellent culture into ideological and political education in colleges and universities can be achieved by strengthening the construction of teaching staff,renewing ideas and digging out local cultural resources,designing course system reasonably and giving full play to the teaching position To enrich the carrier of local culture and education practice and seek a way out.
