摘　　要：当前的教育中,法学教育将法律知识放在了首要地位,不重视对法学生高尚的品格以及纯洁人格的培养。从现实因素来看,健康的思想教育以及完善的人格是法律人的综合素质以及其职业道德的基本要求,从这方面出发,培养卓越的法律人的教学中必定要灌输思想政治教育。该文以法学生职业道德形成中的思想政治教育作为切入点,深入分析其影响因素,旨在增强法学生的思想政治教育,为党和国家的法治建设培养优秀人才。In the current education,legal education puts legal knowledge in the first place,and does not attach importance to the cultivation of noble character and pure personality of law students.From the practical factors,healthy ideological education and perfect personality are the basic requirements of the comprehensive quality and professional ethics of the legal person.From this point of view,ideological and political education must be instilled in the teaching of cultivating excellent legal persons.This paper takes the ideological and political education in the formation of professional ethics of law students as the breakthrough point,analyzes its influencing factors in depth,aims to strengthen the ideological and political education of law students,and cultivate excellent talents for the construction of the rule of law of the party and the country.
