摘　　要：高校学生党建工作项目化管理是全面推进高校党建工作高质量发展的重要载体,该文从科学化视角引入“PDCA”循环,从项目计划、实施、监督检查、改进等规范化流程环节建立党建工作项目化管理运行机制,同时从实践角度,以山东青年政治学院的二级学院党组织开展的“党员先锋行”学生党建工作项目为例,探索学生党建工作项目化管理机制的有效措施,并反思党建项目化管理中存在的问题,提出学生党建工作项目化运行的方法,打造高质量学生党建项目品牌。The project management of college students'party building work is an important carrier to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of party building work in colleges and universities.This paper introduces the"PDCA"cycle from the scientific perspective,and establishes the operation mechanism of project management of party construction work from the standardized process links of project planning,implementation,supervision and inspection,and improvement,and from the perspective of practice,it takes the secondary college of Shandong Youth Political College as an example Taking the project of"party members'vanguard line"carried out by the party organization as an example,this paper explores the effective measures for the project management mechanism of student party building work,reflects on the problems existing in the project management of Party construction,and puts forward the methods of project-based operation of student party construction work,so as to create a high-quality brand of student party building project.
