摘 要:为了研究Cr含量对海水飞溅区混凝土中钢筋耐蚀行为的影响,采用周期浸润加速腐蚀试验,通过失重率、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等测试方法研究了模拟海水飞溅区环境下不同Cr含量钢筋表面的腐蚀规律。结果表明:Cr元素的添加能有效减少HRB400中珠光体的体积含量,从组织结构上提高低合金钢筋的耐蚀性。Cr元素的添加能促进钢筋表面腐蚀产物的转变,腐蚀产物中α-FeOOH的含量随着Cr含量的增加而提高。“α-FeOOH/γ-FeOOH”的值也随着Cr含量增加而提高。Cr元素的加入能有效提高HRB400低合金钢筋的耐蚀性,并且这种效果与Cr元素含量相关。In order to study the effect of Cr content on the corrosion resistance of rebars in the concrete in seawater splash zone, cyclic immersion accelerated corrosion experiments, weight loss rate, X-ray diffractometer(XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and other test methods were conducted to investigate the the corrosion rules of rebars with different Cr contents in the simulated seawater splash zone. Results showed that the addition of Cr element could effectively reduce the volume content of pearlite in HRB400 rebars. Due to such improvement of microstructure, the corrosion resistance of low alloy rebars was improved. The addition of Cr element also promoted the transformation of corrosion products on the surface of rebars, and the content of corrosion product α-FeOOH increased with the increase of Cr content. In addition, the value of “α-FeOOH/γ-FeOOH” also increased as the Cr content increased. In general, the addition of Cr element could effectively improve the corrosion resistance of low alloy rebars, and this effect was correlated with the Cr content.
