摘　　要：目的:为优化床边结算流程,提升收费员工作效率,设计一种床边结算指引系统。方法:该系统采用客户端/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)架构与前后端分离模式,其中前端采用Vue3和Electron框架设计,后端采用PowerDesigner工具设计。整个系统包括系统登录、结算任务查询、结算任务状态查询和结算任务管理4个功能模块。结果:该系统为收费员提供了很好的床边结算指引服务,缩短了患者结算的等待时长,提升了床边结算的效率。结论:该系统界面简洁、操作简单,能够满足收费员快速定位待床边结算患者的位置和实时掌握结算任务进程的需求,为床边结算工作的灵活调度提供了有力的保障。Objective To design a bedside settlement guidance system to improve bedside settlement process and efficiency.Methods A bedside settlement guidance system was developed with C/S architecture and front-end and back-end separation mode,where the front end was designed with Vue3 and Electron framework and the back end was realized with PowerDesigner tool.There were four function modules involved in the system for system login,settlement task query,settlement task status query and settlement task management.Results The system developed provided excellent bedside settlement guidance for billers,shortened the waiting time for patients and enhanced the efficiency of bedside settlement.Conclusion The system developed with a simple interface and easy operation meets the requirements of billers for locating the patient in need of bedside settlement and understanding the progress of settlement in time,and lays a foundation for flexible scheduling of bedside settlement.
