摘　　要：目的:构建战救技能模拟训练器材评价指标体系,为部队卫生机构选用战救技能模拟训练器材提供理论指导及决策依据。方法:通过文献调研、德尔菲法和层次分析法,系统分析战救技能模拟训练器材评价关键要素,初步拟订评价指标体系框架,然后通过指标重要程度评分、专家意见协调程度和专家意见建议等进行综合判定,筛选出各级指标,计算各级指标重要性赋值均数(x)、标准差(s)、变异系数(coefficient of variation,CV)等,最终确定评价指标体系,并确定指标权重。结果:建立的战救技能模拟训练器材评价指标体系包含4项一级指标、12项二级指标和35项三级指标,其中一级指标按权重排序为器材功能、器材质量、器材成本和售后服务,二级指标权重系数经加权后排名前三的依次为器材耐用性、模拟仿真度和训练适用性,三级指标权重系数经加权后排名第一的为平均无故障时间。结论:该评价指标体系具有较强的科学性、可靠性和实用性,为部队卫生机构合理选用战救模拟训练器材提供了实用、便捷的评价方法。Objective To build an evaluation index system for the combat casualty care simulation training equipment to facilitate its selection by providing theoretical guidance and decision-making basis for military health institutions.Methods Literature research,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process method were used to construct an evaluation index system for the combat casualty care simulation training equipment.Firstly the key elements for evaluating the combat casualty care simulation training equipment were analyzed systematically and the evaluation index system was formed preliminarily;then the system was completed by screening grades of indexes with considerations on index importance score,coordination of experts'opinions and experts'suggestions and calculating the assignment average(x),standard deviation(s)and coefficient of variation(CV)of the importance of grades of indexes,and the index weights were determined.Results The evaluation index system developed contained 4 primary indexes,12 secondary indexes and 35 tertiary indexes,of which the primary indexes were ranked by weight as equipment function,equipment quality,equipment cost and after-sales service,the top three secondary indexes were ranked by weighted weight coefficient as equipment durability,simulation degree and training applicability,and the top ranking tertiary indexes with weighted weight coefficient was mean time between failures.Conclusion The evaluation index system developed provides a scientific,reliable and practical tool for military health institutions to select the combat casualty care simulation training equipment.
