摘 要:目的:设计一种用于舰船的便携式智能化负压吸引器,并初步观察其试用效果。方法:该便携式智能化负压吸引器采用铝合金外壳,主要由主机和插入一体式废液瓶组成。其中主机由中央控制系统、负压发生系统、负压实时控制系统及供电系统组成,插入一体式废液瓶由轻量的聚丙烯材料制成。结果:经在某大型舰船上初步验证,该吸引器便于单兵携带与前出救援,占用空间少,便于列装,各项参数均满足临床救治需求。结论:该便携式智能化负压吸引器能够实现吸引器小型化和便携化,满足实时负压吸引要求,值得在舰船上进行进一步扩试研究。Objective To design a portable intelligent negative pressure aspirator for ships and to observe its trial effect preliminarily.Methods A portable intelligent negative pressure aspirator with an aluminum alloy shell was developed consisting of a main unit and an inserted one-piece waste bottle.The main unit was composed of a central control system,a negative pressure generation system,a negative pressure real-time control system and a power supply system,and the waste bottle was made of lightweight polypropylene material.Results Preliminary trial of the aspirator in some large ship proved it gained advantages in individual portability,forward supportability,small size and military application,whose parameters met the requirements for clinical treatment.Conclusion The aspirator developed behaves well in miniaturization,portability and real-time negative pressure suction,and thus is worthy of further extending experiment on ships.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2022,43(9):102-104,108]
