摘 要:为掌握轴向式MEFP战斗部在逆向起爆方式下的成型特性,采用非线性动力有限元软件LS-DYNA对不同装药高度的MEFP战斗部开展了逆向起爆数值模拟。结果表明:逆向起爆方式可形成形态良好的MEFP,主EFP具有尾翼结构,辅EFP呈扁平状。装药高度较大(0.50-1.00CD)时,主EFP长度、尾裙直径和头部速度分别约为60 mm、43 mm和1 846 m/s,辅EFP长度、头部速度分别约为28 mm、1 406 m/s,对装药高度变化不敏感。装药高度较小(0.25CD)时,主、辅EFP仍然成型良好,主EFP头部速度为1 835 m/s、长度增至74 mm、尾裙直径减至40 mm,辅EFP头部速度和长度分别减小至1 266 m/s和26 mm,发散角大幅减小至5.25°。装药高度对主EFP头部速度影响较小,对主EFP密实度影响不大,对辅EFP发散角影响显著,逆向起爆方式适用于小型化MEFP战斗部设计。In order to obtain the formation characteristics of axial MEFP warhead under reverse initiation, numerical simulation of reverse initiation of MEFP warhead with different charge heights was carried out by using nonlinear dynamic finite element software LS-DYNA. The results show that the reverse initiation can form a good MEFP, the main EFP has tails, and the auxiliary EFP is flat. When the charge height is larger(0.50-1.00CD), the main EFP length, tail diameter and head velocity are about 60 mm, 43 mm and 1 846 m/s, respectively, while the auxiliary EFP length and head velocity are about 28 mm and 1 406 m/s, respectively, which are not sensitive to the change of charge height. When the charge height is small(0.25CD), the main EFP and auxiliary EFP still form well. The head speed of the main EFP is 1 835 m/s, the length increases to 74 mm, the diameter of the tail decreases to 40 mm, the head velocity and length of the auxiliary EFP decrease to 1 266 m/s and 26 mm, and the divergence angle decreases to 5.25°. The charge height has little effect on the head velocity and compactness of main EFP, and significant effect on divergence angle of auxiliary EFP. The reverse initiation method is suitable for the design of miniaturized MEFP warhead.
