摘  要:在分析身管传热过程的基础上,综合考虑镀层和材料差异,建立了自动机身管热分析模型,搭建了身管温度测试系统,验证了模型精度,在此基础上模拟了单发射击、固定射速长点射和不同射速长点射等工况下自动机身管的温度变化规律。仿真结果表明:炮弹发射后,热量主要集中在距离身管内壁3 mm以内的薄层内;在固定射速下进行连续射击时,身管内壁温度脉冲式升高,之后快速衰减,峰值温度呈现上升的趋势;在射击时,射速越高,温度上升越快,相同的射击数时,射速越高,身管内壁的峰值温度越大。To study the heat transfer characteristics of the automatic mechanism tube of a self-propelled anti-air gun during firing, based on the analysis of the heat transfer process of the body tube and comprehensively considering the differences of coating and materials, the thermal analysis model of the automatic mechanism tube was established, the body tube temperature test system was built, and the accuracy of the model was verified. On this basis, the temperature change law of the automatic body tube under the working conditions of single shot, fixed fire speed long spot shot and different fire speed long spot shot was simulated. The simulation results show that after the shell has been fired, the heat was mainly concentrated in the thin layer within 3 mm from the inner wall of the tube;When firing continuously at a fixed firing rate, the temperature of the inner wall of the tube will rise in a pulsed manner, then decay rapidly, and the peak temperature shows an upward trend;When shooting, the higher the firing speed is, the faster the temperature rises. When shooting for the same number of shots, the higher the firing speed is, the greater the peak temperature of the inner wall of the tube.
