摘 要:构建了中空型预控破片战斗部的破片初速分析模型,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对中空型预控破片战斗部采用一端环形起爆和多点同时起爆时的预控破片成型过程进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明:采用一端环形起爆时,预控破片初速的理论计算结果与数值仿真结果吻合较好,最大偏差仅为3.54%;采用一端2点、3点、4点同时起爆时,周向方向上,分别距起爆点90°、60°和45°方位处的预控破片初速最高,且2点同时起爆时破片最大速度增益和平均速度增益均高于3点、4点同时起爆;此外,根据所研究的战斗部尺寸结构,当采用一端2点同时起爆,且起爆点设置距内壳体15 mm时,中空型预控破片战斗部能发挥更大的毁伤威力。研究结果可为相关战斗部的设计提供一定参考。Through theoretical derivation, an analysis model of the fragment muzzle velocity of the hollow pre-control fragmentation warhead was constructed.The finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to numerically simulate the forming process of the hollow pre-control fragmentation warhead when one end ring detonation and multiple points simultaneous detonation were used.The research results show that when using a ring detonation at one end, the theoretical calculation results of the pre-controlled fragment initial velocity are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results, and the maximum deviation is only 3.54%. When using two points, three points, and four points at one end to detonate simultaneously, the initial velocity of the pre-controlled fragments at the azimuths of 90°, 60° and 45° from the detonation point in the circumferential direction is the highest.The maximum speed gain and average speed gain of the fragments when two points detonate at the same time are higher than three points, and four points detonate at the same time.In addition, combined with the warhead size structure studied in this article, when two points at one end are used to detonate at the same time, and the detonation point is set 15 mm away from the inner shell, the hollow pre-controlled fragmentation warhead can exert greater damage power.The research results can provide a certain reference for the design of related warheads.
