摘 要:针对6管转管炮在6 000发/min射频下的凸轮曲线采用遗传算法进行多目标优化设计,利用理想点法,根据凸轮曲线的速度函数、加速度函数、跃度函数构造理论模型,得出最优解集。结果表明:相比线性加权法优化后的凸轮曲线,各峰值都得到改善。证明了基于遗传算法的理想点法可以有效进行转管武器凸轮曲线设计过程中多目标优化,获得相比于线性加权法性能更优良的凸轮曲线。To optimize the cam curve of the six-barrel Gatling gun at 6 000 round/min firing-rate, the Genetic Algorithm(GA) was used for multi-objective optimization design, and the velocity function, acceleration functionand jerk function of the cam curve were constructed as fitness functions by the ideal point method, and the optimal solution set was obtained. Compared with the linear weighting method, the peaks of the optimized cam curve were reduced. The results show that the ideal point method based on GA can effectively solve multi-objective optimization in the design of the cam curve of the Gatling gun, and the problem is to obtain the Gatling gun cam curve with better performance than the linear programming.
