摘 要:通过融合正弦波纹结构与蜂窝结构,构建了一种具有零泊松比效应的类蜂窝结构,当波纹幅值为0时,退化为手风琴式蜂窝结构。基于能量法建立了其等效弯曲刚度理论模型,分析了结构参数对弯曲性能的影响规律。结果表明:正弦波纹壁板结构具有典型的正交异性特征,两正交方向弯曲刚度随蜂窝角的增大呈相反的变化规律,随着壁高及壁厚的增大而增大,在一定条件下对波纹幅值不敏感。最后结合有限元仿真,验证了理论分析方法的正确性。A kind of honeycomb structure with zero Poisson’s ratio effect was constructed by fusing sinusoidal corrugated structure and honeycomb structure. When the amplitude is 0, it can degenerate into the accordion honeycomb structure. The theoretical model of its equivalent bending stiffness was established based on the energy method, and the influence of the structure parameters on structural bending performance was analyzed. The results show that the structure has typical orthotropic characteristic, and the bending stiffness of the two orthogonal directions changes inversely with the increase of honeycomb angle, and increases with the increase of wall height and wall thickness. Under certain conditions, the bending stiffness is insensitive to the amplitude of corrugated wall. The correctness of the present analytical method was verified by finite element simulation.
