摘 要:分析了网络战与电子战的耦合关系与耦合形式,以网电一体作战效能评估需求为依据,建立指标体系,构建了符合网电一体作战客观需求的耦合协调度模型,通过实例分析,验证了该模型在网电一体作战效能评估中的有效性,可为提升网电一体作战指挥效能提供科学依据。The coupling relation and coupling form between network warfare and electronic warfare were analyzed. Based on the evaluation requirements of network-electric integration operation effectiveness, an index system was established, and a coupling coordination degree model was constructed which met the objective requirements of network-electric integration operation effectiveness. The effectiveness of the model in the evaluation of network-electric integration operation effectiveness was verified through case analysis, which could provide scientific basis for improving the effectiveness of network-electric integration operation command.
