摘  要:针对材料、零部件及产品在热带海洋气候的库房、棚等的环境适应性试验,研制了一种模拟盐雾气氛湿热综合试验设备;围绕风道内沉降、盐分融合等方式形成盐雾气氛,建立主要技术指标体系、设计原理和制造方案;可在试验过程中同时施加控制温度、湿度、盐雾气氛和风速变化的四因素的模拟盐雾气氛湿热综合试验设备的三维模型设计和二维机械图设计;可更真实模拟海洋岛礁库房、棚等环境因素,提高试验结果的真实性,解决传统盐雾试验过试验问题,拓展盐雾试验种类和应用范围。Aiming at the environment of storeroom and shed in tropical marine climate, the comprehensive test equipment simulating the humidity and heat of salt fog atmosphere was developed.The equipment can apply and control four factors of temperature, humidity, salt fog atmosphere and wind speed change at the same time. At present, the main technical index system, design principle and detailed manufacturing scheme design, three-dimensional model design and two-dimensional mechanical drawing design have been established around the technology of forming salt fog atmosphere by means of settlement in the air duct and salt fusion.The equipment can improve the authenticity of test results, solve the problem of traditional salt spray test, and expand the types and application scope of salt spray test.
