摘 要:为解决停车难问题,提出了一种小型无避让立体停车装置设计方法,采用PLC控制液压驱动对停车装置进行控制。对停车装置总体方案、主要运动部件进行设计,利用Solidworks软件构建停车装置三维模型,并进行运动仿真。设计了液压原理图和控制流程图,确定了输入输出节点及PLC型号。仿真结果表明该停车装置能够实现两车位车辆的无避让自动存取,提高了车辆存取效率,降低了停车难度。In order to solve the problem of parking difficulty, a small non-evacuation stereo parking device designed method was proposed. The PLC was used to control the hydraulic drive to realize the storing and taking of vehicles. The overall scheme and main mechanism of the parking device were designed.The three-dimensional model of the parking device was constructed and the motion simulation was carried out by Solidworks software. The hydraulic system were analyzed, and the hydraulic schematic diagram was designed. The control process and the in-output nodes were analyzed, the type model of PLC was determined, and the control flow chart was designed. The moving simulation results show that the parking device can realize the non-evacuation access of vehicles in two parking spaces, which improves the efficiency of vehicle access and reduces the difficulty of parking.
