摘  要:综合提取了温度、纹理、统计等3类一级指标,并细分提取了7个二级指标,建立了热红外伪装效果评价指标体系,引入数据包络分析(DEA)模型,对目标热红外伪装效果进行评价。针对多个伪装方案DEA效率值为1,难以区分决策单元有效性的问题,建立了超效率数据包络分析(SDEA)模型,可对多个有效DEA决策单元进行充分排序。利用SDEA模型,对指挥方舱车在不同时间及不同伪装态下的热红外伪装效果进行评价,结果表明,该算法模型对热红外伪装效果评价合理有效。Three types of first-level indicators such as temperature, texture and statistics were comprehensively extracted, and 7 second-level indicators were subdivided and extracted. A thermal infrared camouflage effect evaluation index system was established, and a data envelopment analysis(DEA) model was introduced to evaluate the target thermal infrared camouflage effect. Aiming at the problem that the DEA efficiency value of multiple camouflage schemes is 1 and it is difficult to distinguish the effectiveness of decision-making units, a super-efficiency data envelopment analysis(SDEA) model was established, which can fully sort multiple effective DEA decision-making units. Using this model, the thermal infrared camouflage effect of the command shelter vehicle at different times and under different camouflage states was evaluated. The results show that the algorithm is reasonable and effective for evaluating the thermal infrared camouflage effect.
