摘 要:在日常市场走访中发现,我司车轮上装配的配重块较同行装配的配重块数量多且重量重,有从工艺优化降低制造成本的可能。为了解决这个问题,文章从市场调研、相关零部件质量提升、以往修车经验及实车市场验证等方面分析验证了商用车车轮动平衡工艺优化降本的可行性;最终认为商用车仅做前轮动平衡,后轮及备胎不做动平衡的工艺可行;通过对车轮动平衡的工艺优化,每辆车减少约82%的动平衡费用(以6×4为例),使公司的车轮动平衡费用大幅降低,降本效果显著。In the daily market visit,it is found that the counterweight blocks assembled on wheels of our company are more and heavier than those assembled by peers,so it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost through process optimization.In order to solve this problem,this paper analyzed and verified the feasibility of process optimization and cost reduction of dynamic balance of commercial vehicle wheels from the aspects of market research,quality improvement of related parts,previous car repair experience and real car market verification.Finally,it is considered that it is feasible for commercial vehicles to make only the dynamic balance of front wheel,and the rear wheel and spare wheel do not make dynamic balance.Through the process optimization of dynamic balance of wheels,the cost of dynamic balance of each vehicle is reduced by about 82%(take 6×4 as an example),which greatly reduces the cost of wheel dynamic balance of our company,and the effect of cost reduction is significant.
