面部全息玉石刮痧疗法治疗肺经风热型轻中度痤疮的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨面部玉石全息刮痧疗法治疗肺经风热型轻中度痤疮的疗效及总结护理经验。方法2021年3月—12月选择本院门诊治疗的60例轻中度痤疮患者,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组与试验组,每组各30例。对照组患者面部采用维A酸乳膏治疗,每晚取适量于睡前均匀涂抹患处,1次/d,4w一个疗程;试验组患者面部采用全息玉石刮痧疗法,1次/w,4w一个疗程。治疗1个疗程后比较两组治疗前后皮损疗效指数、皮肤瘙痒和皮肤疼痛视觉模拟评分、安全性评价情况。结果试验组患者皮损疗效指数(85.37±17.50)%优于对照组(64.47±17.13)%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组患者皮肤瘙痒和皮肤疼痛视觉模拟评分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);两组患者在接受治疗过程中均有轻微疼痛不适感,治疗后均无其他不良反应。结论面部全息玉石刮痧疗法可有效治疗肺经风热型轻中度痤疮,易于被患者接受,对患者无不良刺激。护理方面除指导患者配合治疗外,应做好情志与饮食护理。Objective To explore the curative effect of facial holographic scraping therapy in the treatment of mild to moderate acne caused by the unstable energy flow and excessive heat energy in the respiratory system and to summarize the nursing experience.Methods From March to December 2021,60 patients with mild to moderate acne treated in our hospital were assigned into the control group(n=30) and the trial group(n=30) by random number table method. The control group received vitamin A acid cream treatment by applying appropriate amount cream on the affected area before bedtime,once a night for 4 weeks. For patients in the trial group,jade scraping according to the holographic theory was performed once a week for 4 weeks. After one course of treatment,the efficacy index of skin lesions,visual analogue scale of skin pruritus and skin pain,and safety evaluation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The efficacy index of skin lesions in the trial group was(85.37±17.5)% better than that in the control group(64.47±17.13)% with statistically significant(P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the visual analog scale of pain( P>0.05);both groups had mild pain and discomfort during the treatment,and there were no other adverse reactions after treatment. Conclusions Facial holographic scraping therapy was effective for mild to moderate acne induced by the unstable energy flow and excessive heat energy in the respiratory system,and was easy to be accepted by patients without adverse stimulation. In terms of nursing,in addition to instructing patients to cooperate with treatment,emotional and dietary care should also be taken care of.
