摘 要:为实现数据中心节能降耗,对实际工程一模块机房的最佳气流组织方案进行优化研究。利用CFD仿真软件对地板送风冷热通道开放、地板送风冷通道封闭、地板送风热通道封闭与内墙侧送风热通道封闭这4种送风形式展开模拟,对比分析其气流场、高度方向Y=1 m处温度截面与RTI,SHI热环境评价指标。探究空调送风量变化对机架冷却的影响,以及机柜内部服务器排列方法在气流组织优化上的潜能。研究结果表明:地板送风冷通道封闭方案下具有更好的气流均匀性和温度稳定性,冷却效果好且无局部热点风险;空调系统送风量为最大送风量的70%时机柜冷却指数达到100%;当服务器均匀间隔摆放时,高度方向上的温差(3.7℃)最小。The optimum air distribution mode of a modular server room in an actual project was studied to raise energy efficiency.Technical CFD software was utilized to simulate four kinds of air supply modes,including the underfloor air-supply mode with open-ended cold/hot aisle,with cold aisle contained and with hot aisle contained,and inner wall side air-supply with hot aisle contained.Air flow characteristics,temperature distribution at Y=1 m,and measurable performance indices(RTI,SHI)were analyzed by contrast.The impact of air supply volume of the air conditioning system on cooling effectiveness of racks and the potentials changing of servers’layout inside the cabinets in air distribution were explored.The results indicate that the scheme of underfloor air-supply with cold aisle contained mode presents the better airflow uniformity and temperature stability,leading to good cooling effect and no local hotspot risk.RCI reaches 100%when the air supply volume of air conditioning system accounts for 70%,and temperature difference(3.7℃)in altitude is minimal when servers are arranged at equal space.
