摘  要:从钢厂中长期受到苯酚污染的土壤中分离出该目标环境的高浓度苯酚降解土著菌,苯酚降解浓度可高达1200 mg/L,并对分离得到的优势土著菌进一步纯化,通过基因序列测定,并结合形态观察,鉴定该菌株属丝孢酵母菌属.该高浓度苯酚降解丝孢酵母菌的苯酚降解浓度高于已有文献报道的丝孢酵母菌的苯酚降解浓度,且该菌株对温度和pH值环境适应能力很强,温度在20℃到37℃之间,pH为5.0~7.0的范围内,均能在15 h内快速降解起始浓度为800 mg/L的苯酚.A high concentration of phenol degrading indigenous bacterium was isolated from the soil polluted by phenol in the local steel plant.The concentration of phenol degradation is up to 1200 mg/L.The dominant indigenous bacterium was further isolated and purified.Through gene sequencing at the molecular level of microorganism and morphological observation,this strain was identified as Cutaneotrichosporon sp.The phenol degradation concentration of this bacterium is higher than the phenol degradation concentration of Cutaneotrichosporon sp.which was reported.This strain has high adaptability to temperature and pH,and it can rapidly degrade phenol solution with initial concentration of 800 mg/Lwithin 15 hours in the range of 20℃to 37℃and pH 5.0-7.0.
