摘  要:提出了一种基于区块链技术实现电子档案的安全存储与可信验证技术方案.方案采取建立联盟链和私有链结合的区块链,将非对称加密后的电子档案密文存储于分布式节点中,以解决去中心化存储电子档案信息被篡改和泄露的隐患,并对电子档案的可信验证也提供了相应的解决对策.根据此方案建立的中南民族大学电子档案联盟(SCUEC)区块链,以高校重要的学籍电子档案为研究对象,实现了区块链技术在电子档案管理中的应用.A technical solution based on blockchain technology is proposed to realize the secure storage and credible verification of electronic archives.The scheme adopts a blockchain combining a federated chain and a private chain to store the cipher text of electronic records after asymmetric encryption in distributed nodes,so as to solve the hidden danger of tampering and leakage of decentralized storage of electronic records information,and also provides corresponding solutions to the credible verification of electronic records.The South Central Minzu University Electronic Records Consortium(SCUEC)Blockchain established according to this scheme realizes the application of blockchain technology in electronic records management by taking the important electronic records of academic registers of universities as the research object.
