摘　　要：β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸是一种亮氨酸代谢产物,在人体内有着特殊的健康功效。研究表明,β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸具有促进蛋白质合成、抑制蛋白质分解、改善老年肌少症患者肌肉质量等作用。本文介绍了β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸在运动训练、体重管理、肌少症等方面的功效作用以及安全性研究,介绍了β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸在食品中的应用方向,以期为该原料的应用提供更多参考借鉴。β-Hydroxy-β-Methylbutyric Acid is a Leucine metabolite with Special health benefits in Human body.βHydroxy-β-Methylbutyric Acid has been reported to promate protein synthesis,inhibit protein degradation,improve lean muscle mass of older people with sarcopenia.The health benefits ofβ-Hydroxy-β-Methylbutyric Acid on exercise,weight management and sarcopenia were reviewed in this article,while safety and application were also discussed aiming to provide reference for the application of this ingredient.
